R&P Co. Grasys has manufactured and shipped oxygen plant to a mining and smelting works

R&P Co. Grasys has manufactured and supplied an oxygen mobile plant for cylinder filling at a mining and smelting works in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The generated oxygen will be used to provide workshops and areas of the field with compressed oxygen for gas welding when performing repairs of the core equipment and utilities at the field.

The oxygen plant is fully automated, and produces up to 12 cubic meters of oxygen per hour with up to 95% purity (45 cylinders per day). The plant is equipped with a filling manifold suitable for oxygen filling into standard cylinders.

All equipment is placed in a standard container with dimensions of 2500 × 2500 × 6000 mm, which ensures its easy chassis placement and delivery to the desired work site. The container is equipped with a forced ventilation system, heating, and a single control and monitoring function. The Grasys oxygen plant control is made extremely user-friendly.
