The generators are manufactured using hollow fibre membranes that are resistant to the components of the air to be separated. During manufacture, each Grasys membrane module undergoes multi-stage quality control, operational testing and computer simulation for operation as part of a membrane nitrogen generator. All equipment has a full set of permits and certificates.

General Description

Membrane nitrogen generation units are the preferred option for producing gaseous nitrogen with a purity of up to 99.9% at system production capacities of up to 180 m³/h or lower purity at capacities of up to 5,000 m³/h. Where the nitrogen of a higher purity, from 99.95% to 99.9995%, is required, which cannot be achieved by membrane technology, the use of adsorption nitrogen generation units is recommended.

The main components of the Grasys membrane units are the compressor unit, air treatment unit, gas separation unit and the GRASYS Intelligent Control-8 monitoring and control system. The gas separation unit consists of specially configured modules that generate nitrogen of the required purity from the atmospheric air.

GRASYS Intelligent Control-8 is a state-of-the-art, smart, multi-functional monitoring and control system that enables automatic operation of Grasys units, including remote access and archiving, and integration into a superordinate control system.

Due to the use of the latest technology, Grasys nitrogen generation units are extremely reliable, with a membrane unit life of up to 180,000 hours of continuous operation.
