90 m3/h adsorption nitrogen unit Grasys has been supplied

Research-and-production company Grasys has manufactured and supplied adsorption nitrogen unit for a Russian manufacturer of polymer-based construction supplies, and decorative & finishing materials.

The unit capacity is 90 cubic meters of nitrogen per hour with 99.7% purity at 0.5 MPa operating pressure. The supply scope includes a nitrogen generator assembly, in particular adsorbers, valves, stainless steel valve manifold, adsorbent, local control system implemented on the Grasys controller, and process receivers. The generated nitrogen is used to support the manufacturing process.
