Grasys summed up rationalization activity results for 2024

In 2024, as many as five hundred thirty R&P Co. Grasys employees were involved in rationalization activities - this is a way more than the year before. Almost two thousand proposals were submitted with over 600 implemented at production sites and in work processes of other company’s business divisions.

Rationalization initiatives in the company are aimed at improving the equipment design components, process flow optimization, and leading-edge programs and tools introduction in various business divisions.

The company actively supports innovative ideas of employees and facilitates research-and-development activity, which is essential to the Operations Excellence.
