R&P Co. Grasys is engaged in equipment upgrade work

Grasys is engaged in upgrade work for both own-produced equipment that has previously been supplied and equipment made by other manufacturers. The upgrade work is aimed at increasing the capacity or purity of the gas produced by currently available systems. The company's existing production capabilities enable to perform work of any sophistication within the deadlines agreed with the Customer.

The upgrade of gas separation skids includes a number of key stages as follows:

• Inspection and trouble-shooting: providing an integral analysis of the current equipment state, identifying wear and tear, and potential problem areas.
• Design and planning: developing an upgrade project, including refurbishment of the out-of-date skids and adoption of the state-of-the-art technologies.
• Equipment replacement: dismantling old and installing new components.
• Start-up and commissioning: testing the upgraded equipment, setting parameters and placing in service.
