R&P Co. Grasys delivered nitrogen plant to a leading tubulars supplier

Grasys delivered a nitrogen adsorption plant to a leading Russian supplier of stainless steel tubular products. The equipment service is to meet the process flow requirements.

Nitrogen plant ADA is designed to produce nitrogen from the atmospheric air. Its capacity is 400 cubic meters of 99.99 pure nitrogen per hour at 0.45 MPa operating pressure. The plant includes two lines; the equipment is located in a heat-insulated modular container. The plant equipment ensures its summer and winter operation capability in a variety of climatic conditions.

Subject to the contract terms, Grasys has performed a full package of works: development of design and estimate documentation, attendance of the required documentation appraisals, manufacture and supply of process equipment, site preparation, nitrogen generation plant installation, commissioning, etc. The nitrogen plant has been delivered as a fully tested turnkey system.
