R&P Co. Grasys has started the first in Russia and the CIS production of hollow fiber gas separation membranes and membrane cartridges for hydrocarbon gases separation, including helium concentrate recovery. This is one-of-a-kind production, warehouse and office complex located within the Dubna Technology and Innovation Special Economic Zone.

Gas separation equipment, such as nitrogen and oxygen units and plants, medical oxygen concentrators, modular compressor stations, hydrocarbon plants, and others, is made at the manufacturing complex located in Domodedovo, Moscow Region, which includes production workshops, warehouses, utility areas, office space, research-and-testing laboratory.

On a daily basis thoroughly professional R&P Co. Grasys staff ensure production by performing operation procedures, equipment assembly, quality control and acceptance based on advanced methods of production project management.

R&P Co. Grasys manufacturing system level meets the current topmost requirements of independent audit companies that have performed technical audit and expediting (monitoring the equipment manufacturing dates and volume, as well as risks assessment in meeting the order requirements) for our customers.

Product Quality

Grasys quality management system complies with the ISO 9001:2015 standards and is aimed at continuous improvement of quality and customer satisfaction and expectations.

R&P Co. Grasys manufacture is equipped with state-of-the-art test benches to perform testing and improvement of membrane cartridges, air separation systems based on various gas separation technologies. Test benches have been developed by R&P Co. Grasys, and have no comparable counterparts in Europe.

Design and Construction

All executed design and engineering documentation is subject to reviewing and verification procedure, as well as technical assurancce.

Manufacture under Engineering Inspection

Grasys Quality Control Department (QCD) guards against manufacturing products that do not meet the established requirements of regulatory documents, technical specifications (TS), with a beneficial effect on strengthening labor discipline and encouraging all manufacturing groups responsibility for the product quality.

Quality Control Department is engaged in:

Supervision of compliance with the specified requirements at all production stages
Product engineering and acceptance inspection with a view to preventing supply of products non-complying with the specifications and customer requirements
Monitoring implementation of the work program designed to improve quality and reliability of the manufactured products
Fixation of product inspection status and a host of other things.

Factory Testing

The manufactured equipment is factory tested for conformance to performance specifications
In case of non-standard equipment (high energy consumption) testing to verify such equipment operation specification is performed directly on-site.
