Cryogenic ASUs performance improvement by integrating PSA unit

Upon delivery of cryogenic air separation unit in some cases a need arises to increase oxygen or nitrogen flow. Likewise, for a number of reasons, conditions where the delivered cryogenic ASU fails to provide the required capacity may occur.

For the cases where local modification of the cryogenic ASU equipment is not able to ensure the required result, the most effective solution may be integration of pressure swing adsorption unit into the system. As requested by the Customers, Grasys specialists have performed the necessary calculations for a number of projects proving the effectiveness of the PSA unit integration into the ASU system. For the Customers’ convenience of the equipment is supplied in a modular design, ready-to-use.
