Italian holding Candy Group chooses Nitropower based nitrogen plant for its Vesta facility

The Russian white goods producer Vesta operates the adsorption nitrogen plant of RPC Grasys with the Nitropower generator. The production facility is owned by the Italian holding Candy and boasts a new lineup of modern refrigerators launched this August. By the moment part of the production premises have undergone complete renovation. The company places the most stringent requirements on outfitting its production, which were also employed in the design of the Grasys plant.

The capacity of the plant supplied is 9 cubic meters per hour of product gas with a purity of 99.9%. The nitrogen produced with the Nitropower generator is used for storage and supply of coolant in the manufacturing cycle. In addition to the Nitropower nitrogen generator, the equipment set as part of the Standart configuration includes: compressor, air and nitrogen receivers, dryer and filters.

The adoption of the latest technologies in the design of the Nitropower generator ensured the world lowest air consumption per unit of nitrogen produced. The Nitropower nitrogen generators are offered in three versions: Basic, Standart and Premium. Each version is distinguished by a specific configuration and set of additional options, which enables Customers to choose only what is needed without the need to pay for unnecessary options.
