R&P Co. Grasys supplied adsorbent for hydrogen production unit (HPU)

R&P Co. Grasys supplied 147 tons of adsorbent for hydrogen production unit (HPU) for one of the largest companies in the oil and gas industry. The hydrogen PSA unit is designed to produce hydrogen with 99.7% vol. purity. The HPU operating condition is continuous.

The mass and volume selection of the loaded adsorbents and protective materials was based on the Technical Specification data. The minimum guaranteed adsorbent service life in each adsorber is 10 years.

Apart from the adsorbent supply, the contract also includes support services when loading adsorbent with the subsequent unit start-up and process stabilization.
