R&P Co. Grasys supplied two nitrogen production units to electronics company

Grasys has supplied two nitrogen production units to electronics company which is a leading Russian developer, manufacturer and supplier of computer equipment and IT-solutions.

The unit capacity is 120 and 80 cubic meters of nitrogen per hour with 99.999% purity at 0.6 MPa operating pressure. Nitrogen units produce gas used in convection heater and for selective soldering. During soldering process nitrogen blanket reduces oxidation, expands the process window, lowers the bridging risk, reduces sludge formation, increases surface tension, which results in enabling better solder acceptance and flowing.
