R&P Co. Grasys supplied CNG filling station equipment for Gazprom Transgaz Makhachkala LLC

Last week Grasys specialists started a CNG filling station for Gazprom Transgaz Makhachkala LLC. This CNG filling station configuration is suitable for intra-departmental filling stations with limited space.

The unique feature of this station is the non-standard size of modular container - 7 meters, built-in two-post gas filling column, inlet valve skid with gas metering unit, operator workstation, automatic fuel dispensing system (AFDS), 500-liter gas accumulator unit located on the roof of modular container rooftop.

Inside the modular container is equipped with the ASPRO compressor unit of 500 m³/h capacity and 500 m³/h high-pressure dryer with automation section.

CNG filling stations manufactured by R&P Co. Grasys are made in various designs and supplied both in overall modular container design and as separate modules. The modular container design enables placement on any prepared site, and installation in a short time frame.
