Remuneration System

We offer competitive compensation and pose challenges enabling our employees to showcase their abilities and achieve state-of-the-art results.

Our system of material remuneration provides for motivating bonus approaches.

The amount of such remuneration is subject to both the employee’s individual performance and the company’s operation in its entirety. Those team members who cope with their job successfully are paid extra.

Flexible Working Hours

Each staff member may choose a more convenient work schedule as they think fit. Due to external factors work start and end times can be moved to earlier or later in relation to normal business hours adopted by the company with previous approval of the immediate supervisor.

Normal Working Hours
Monday through Thursday: 9 am - 6 pm
Friday: 9 am - 7 pm
Days off: Saturdays and Sundays

Rewards and Benefits

For our staff members there is a reward-and-benefit program subject to employment history with the company, which among others includes New Year’s / Christmas gifts for the employees’ children, financial childbirth aid, bereavement support, 50% reimbursement of a vacation round trip provided with a lengthy service record with the company, and others.

Grasys provides its employees with opportunities and prospects for developing professional skills, which means work in cooperation with our experienced specialists, in-house and offsite training for skills improvement, workshops, language courses. Attention to Newcomers

We try our best for our new hires to feel a part of the company starting on day one as well as to be able to swing into action in less time. In that regard a special onboarding program is running in our company within which new employees:

• receive an information memo;
• are provided with a mentor on probation;
• undertake an initial Welcome to Grasys briefing;
• undergo in-house training under to specially designed programs facilitating to blend into operating process more efficiently.

We Give Employment to Recent Graduates

We are not scared to hire newcomers or recent graduates to join our team and provide them with our special competence, our own time and experience charging them with viable project implementation under the leadership of more seasoned staff members.

Staff Health Concerns

R&P Co. Grasys promotes a healthy lifestyle and has always been mindful of the staff members’ health. Each employee is provided with an individual workplace furnished by ergonomics standards in a modern style and comfortable office.

Our company has a running system of voluntary medical insurance and life assurance depending on record of service with the company.

Regular football and table tennis workouts are put into place for staff members, matches and tournaments are held in these kinds of sports in which each fellow member can take part.

Strong Corporate Culture

The Grasys corporate culture is aimed at building a close-knit team and supporting cultural and sports-oriented traditions.

Our company is featured by a colorful corporate life: assisted by our staff members a cоmpany’s newspaper is published every month, and arrangements are made for various contests and events, the chief being Grasys' birthday.
