Remuneration System

Our system of material remuneration provides for motivating bonus approaches.

The amount of such remuneration is subject to both the employee’s individual performance and the company’s operation in its entirety. Those team members who cope with their job successfully are paid extra.

Flexible Working Hours

Each staff member may choose a more convenient work schedule as they think fit. Due to external factors work start and end times can be moved to earlier or later in relation to normal business hours adopted by the company with previous approval of the immediate supervisor.

Normal Working Hours
Monday through Thursday: 9 am - 6 pm
Friday: 9 am - 7 pm
Days off: Saturdays and Sundays

Rewards and Benefits

For our staff members there is a reward-and-benefit program subject to employment history with the company, which among others includes New Year’s / Christmas gifts for the employees’ children, financial childbirth aid, bereavement support, 50% reimbursement of a vacation round trip provided with a lengthy service record with the company, and others.

  • receive an information memo;
  • are provided with a mentor on probation;
  • undertake an initial Welcome to Grasys briefing;
  • undergo in-house training under to specially designed programs facilitating to blend into operating process more efficiently.

We are not scared to hire newcomers or recent graduates to join our team and provide them with our special competence, our own time and experience charging them with viable project implementation under the leadership of more seasoned staff members.

R&P Co. Grasys promotes a healthy lifestyle and has always been mindful of the staff members’ health. Each employee is provided with an individual workplace furnished by ergonomics standards in a modern style and comfortable office.
