I have worked for companies in Zelenograd and Zhukovsky, and I know for a fact that R&P Co. Grasys is much better equipped than other manufacturing companies. I consider employment with Grasys a lucky upward move in career - the personnel selection was tough, however I succeeded in passing through several test stages and then I got called in to work right away.

It is awesome responsibility, but I can say that this is an incredibly exciting and challenging job. We offer unrivalled products and develop emerging technologies, and my bet is that our company will be success not merely on the Russian market but also on international markets as well.

We have a well-orchestrated and professional team of engineers, so any incident and force majeure are extremely rare. It is a pleasure to work with skilled professionals that are well-versed in their business and, it is really significant that the management has provided favorable conditions. The work is running well in hand with other departments, free of paper circulation – challenges are posed in a clear way, and we are strictly committed to their fulfillment. Grasys gives attention to the corporate culture, and the better half of employees mix socially not only within the verge of the company. As I see it, this is one of the most efficiently-run companies in Russia that bears responsibility to both customers and employees.

I have 18-year on-hands experience. I have been working for Grasys for over 6 years, and in the meantime there has never been any matter of debate or any financial lowlight. Working conditions are met, no one forces you to work at lunchtime, and if so agreed, you can take a vacation at any time of year.

The crowning achievement is a good-hearted team. And this is not to mention what great fellows (experts engaged in laboratories, production and design departments) our team members are! I wish all the luck to our colleagues, and thriving and next step forwards to Grasys.

The corporate culture and benefits package at Grasys surprised me to the upside. The company caters to the needs of its employees not just for the sake of appearance but hosts Health Day, sports events intra-company, table tennis tournaments take place on a regular basis.

For those who live a long way from work or otherwise there is a possibility of changing business hours as agreed upon with the management, which is very handy.

While getting an employment with Grasys, I had to rock several interviews, and then work life was boiling. The individual onboarding program is provided for new company’s employees. It is really nice to be able to attend training workshops in line with adaptation to the new environment.

I have always yearned for improving my English, and this became possible in Grasys, where groups for learning foreign languages were formed with courses held in the company's office.

As with any job, challenges to be addressed keep entering into the picture. Grasys is not an exception, however there are always colleagues whose advice you can seek or with whom you can discuss potential solutions to the task at hand. Colleagues are available to communicate. Whilst with the company, I met experts across a broad range of areas and gained invaluable experience in dealing with customers.

And it feels good to be in corporate office, with its lunchroom and a nearby cafe where you can comfortably lunch out.

I have been working for the company for some years now, job conditions and location suit me fine. Compensation is paid in Grasys regularly, and there has never been a single case of delay or non-payment over all the time I work here. In the corporate office there is a lunchroom where you can drink tea or coffee, or take a break. The work is managed razor-sharp and flawlessly.
