Onboarding

After the decision on admission to job has been taken, detailed information about the documents required for hiring procedure as well as the date and time of starting attendance will be sent to your E-mail box.

On the first working day, you will be welcomed by our HR staff member who will introduce you to the rules, standards and corporate traditions, in-house documents, and then hand over the Newcomer Instruction Sheet where you will find all the necessary information.

You will be given a tour around the office, introduced to the team fellows and the mentor who will help you adapt to the company, answer the questions you might ask and communicate his/her professional expertise.

The details on our team’s new member will be placed on the in-house portal and in the corporate newspaper.

While being on probation, you will participate in the WELCOME Training where history of the company background, business areas, organizational chart, in-house rules and labor regulations, incentive programs and social payments, as well as opportunities for advancement will be introduced to you.

Upon successful completion of the trial period, we will give you small corporate souvenirs.

Technical specialists introduce our technologies and talk in detail about the specifics of the equipment manufactured by the company.

On a regular basis our experts pool experience and share background with new employees and colleagues from other departments.

We develop those competencies that are essential for job performance, and with this regard every now and then leading trainers are invited to give instructions in various areas. All of this encourages improvement of skills for our specialists.

For staff members the company arranges trainings on labor protection, fire safety, codes and regulations electric installations of consumers, industrial safety certification, non-destructive testing certification, and others.

Our staff fellows are actively involved in learning English. Good command, practice and continuous improvement of a foreign language by specialists is the baсkbone for company’s advancement to a deeper level.
