Russian research and production company (R&P Co.) Grasys is a full-cycle engineering company, supplier of air and gas separation and compression equipment, integrated solutions in cryogenic air and gas separation. Grays is engaged in effective and controlled transfer of international process engineering solutions, including those used in cryogenic air separation units, LNG equipment.
Grasys proposes integrated solutions as follows:
- Equipment for natural gas liquefaction of slow/medium/high capacity
- Solutions for LNG storage, transportation and use: tanks, tank vessels, re-gasifiers
R&P Co. Grasys does business with Customers under a bilateral contract (EP/EPC) and is willing to bear full responsibility for the result: equipment supply, design and engineering, dealing with expert appraisal, construction and assembly operations, as well as commissioning works. The company staff has employees experienced in implementing cryogenic projects when being part of leading Western companies, and also specialized design offices.
Currently R&P Co. Grasys is involved in implementation of two cryogenic projects within the Russian Federation.
The company's competencies include:
- Provision of comprehensive cryogenic solutions based on equipment from leading manufacturers;
- Solution engineering and design subject to the Customer's requirements, project development applicable to the Conceptual Design stage and the Detailed Design stage; approval by Rostekhnadzor;
- Supply of complete equipment, including certification, documentation conformed to the technical regulation requirements;
- Implementation of EP- and EPC-projects, development of process complicated solutions for various industries;
- Implementation of BOO-projects (onsite), including those based on previously suppled equipment made by Western manufacturers pulled out of the Russian Federation;
- Equipment maintenance, including that made by Western manufacturers pulled out of the Russian Federation.
