Research and production company Grasys has supplied CNG filling station equipment for the network of Gazprom petrol stations. CNG filling stations are designed to refuel vehicles with compressed natural gas. Within the framework of the methane fuel conversion program, R&P Co. Grasys is involved in close cooperation with Gazprom Gas Engine Fuel, the single operator on the part of Gazprom PJSC for the gas engine fuel market development in Russia.
Thus, at the end of 2023 the supply scope included two Grasys stations with ASPRO-based compressor unit of 1,200 m³/h capacity each; seven more stations are scheduled for shipment in the near future. The core station components that include gas accumulator bank, gas treatment unit, inlet valve skid, priority panel and modular container have been developed and designed at the Grasys manufacturing facilty. The station is equipped with all necessary utility systems.

Expertise and decades of experience in the gas engine industry enable our specialists to implement turnkey CNG filling station construction projects: starting from selecting a plot of land for site to placing the facility in service and dealing with the compressed natural gas (CNG) customers to make certain that the station is filled. For the time being over fifty CNG filling stations manufactured by Grasys are running at facilities in the Russian Federation. The stations are supplied both in a general container design and as separate modules.
Grasys products fully conform to the requirements applicable to subsidizing CNG filling stations and are provided with the necessary Opinions by Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade confirming the manufacture of industrial products within the Russian Federation.
